A range of stakeholders in conflict resolution, including faculty and students at Salisbury University, Gary C. Norman, Esq. L.L.M., and Brian Polkinghorn, Ph.D., will explore the state of conflict resolution on the Eastern Shore, assessing its cultural, business/economic, and social lessons for the remainder of the state. Farming communities, small towns, mid-size cities, retirement communities and a bustling tourist destination shape the socio-economic character of some of the most charming areas of Maryland.
